In 2016, the Modern Language Association published the MLA Handbook, 8th editionThose familiar with MLA style will notice some significant differences between the 7th and the 8th.

For questions beyond the basics, please consult the MLA Handbook, 8th edition. Bush Memorial Library has one copy in the Reference Collection on the first floor. Ask for it by call number: LB2369 .G53 2016. And we have a second copy in our circulating collection. During COVID-19, library staff will pull books for users, instead of users doing it themselves.
