The research librarians are legal information specialists who can help you develop efficient research strategies and who will direct you to the most appropriate legal research tools. Seek their assistance whenever you need help getting started on your research or using library resources.  Please be aware, however, that librarians cannot interpret the law or perform legal research for patrons.

You may consult with a research librarian in person, through e-mail at lawlibrary@hamline.edu, or by phone at 651.523.2131. A research librarian will respond during normally scheduled hours.  See hours below.

The library does not provide a document delivery service and will not fax or mail material to patrons.
