The Library of Congress Science Reference Guide: Women and Minorities in Science and Technology: A Guide to Selected Resources. this guide lists a number of books, that you could search for in HamCAT or WorldCAT, or just order via Interlibrary Loan. If the item is non-circulating (can't be lent) you can request that pages or a chapter on your scientist be scanned/digitized and sent to you.
