How do I clear a grade?

  1. Click on the grade in the Grade Center spreadsheet.
  2. Press Backspace or Delete and then Enter.

How do I make a grade change for all students?

  1. Click on the arrows to the right of the grade column you wish to modify.
  2. From the drop-down menu click on Modify Column.
  3. The proceed to lower or raise the possible points.

How do I add & hide a column?

  1. To add a column, Click Add Item on the Action Bar. (Add Grade Column on the Action Bar in New Grade Center)
  2. To hide a column, Click on the arrows at the top of the column you wish to hide.
  3. From the drop-down menu click on Hide Column.

How do I set up extra credit?

  1. Create a new grade column.
  2. Title the new grade column 'Extra Credit'.
  3. In the Possible Points field enter '0'.
  4. Under Options, click Yes to Include this column in Grade Center calculations.

How do I display or hide grades for students?

  1. Log into Blackboard
  2. Go to "control panel"
  3. Under the "Assessment" box, click on "Grade Center".
  4. Click the chevron of the corresponding grade column you would like to hide/display.
  5. Select "modify column" from the drop down menu
  6. In the new menu: Go to "Options" and select either Yes or No in the "show this column in my grades".
  7. Click submit to finish
